Your signature doesn’t display in Outlook and the message “null” is displayed in the Settings tab of your Letsignit app like in the photo below?
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
- Type “Control panel” into the search bar of your computer
- Open the control panel
Under the “Programs” section, click on “Uninstall a program”
Make sure you have the “Microsoft Office 365” program.
Make sure that the logo is exactly like the one below:
If no Office Pack is the list of programs installed on your computer or the logo is different, open your web browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and follow the steps below:
- Type the word “Office” into the Google search bar
- Click on the link: https://www.office.com/
Identify yourself in your Office 365 account with your email address and password. Follow the next steps:
- Click on “Install Office”
- Select “Office 365 Application”
A window will open indicating the steps to follow to install the Office 365 applications.
Once they are installed, open the Letsignit app and verify that the message “null” has been replaced by your Outlook version.
Next, open your Outlook email, your signature should be displayed.
