How does it work?
Activate the vCard functionality from the features page
Choose the style of wallet cards on the vCard parameters page
Send the email to your users from the groups page, so that they can add the QR code to their wallet.
Once saved, the vCard can always be accessible in the wallet, enabling contact details to be shared with just one scan. Each user has their own vCard QRcode, automatically generated by Letsignit. So user details are always up to date.
Choice of wallet card style
Go to the features page, the vCard section and click on the settings button.
When you are on the vCard settings page, you can choose the style of wallet card.
2 templates are available:
Standard template
Template with logo (the logo is retrieved directly from the My Company page)
Share your employees' vCards by e-mail
On the old team page, select one or more user groups and send the vCard QR code.
A window will appear showing a preview of the email your users will receive, validate to send the email.
Each user will receive their own vCard QR code by email, which they can add to their wallet. The QR code is also available as a png attachment. ⚠️ In Gmail, QR code and images do not appear correctly
Differences in rendering between iOS and Android
You should be aware that there are rendering differences between iOS and Android, which are imposed by Google Wallet and iOS.
When the QR code is scanned, the contact is automatically displayed to the recipient, enabling them to register the contact with a single click.
