How do I access the vCard configuration settings?
Go to the Features page, the vCard section and click on the Settings button.
From the Features page, open the vCard feature settings.
In the Contact Information tab, choose which fields to display in your users’ vCards by enabling or disabling them.
For each enabled field, choose the information to display by mapping it to a user attribute or, when available, a Brand Element.
How do I show or hide a vCard field?
In the vCard Fields column, simply enable or disable the fields you want to display in contact records and vCards.
How to map information to a vCard field
In the Attributes column, select the information you want to map to each vCard field.
Depending on the field, you can choose:
a user attribute synchronized with Letsignit;
a Brand Element to use information related to your company.
Brand Elements are available for the image, address, website, and social media fields.
Please note: a user attribute can only be used for one vCard field. If it is already in use, it will appear grayed out.
What happens if the information associated with a field is empty or deleted?
If the associated user attribute has no value, the field will not be displayed in the vCard.
If a Brand Element used in the vCard is deleted, the field will no longer be displayed.
For the image field, if the Brand Element logo is deleted, the user’s initials will be displayed instead.
Can I customize the field labels?
You can rename the following field labels: Email, Phone, Address, and URL. Each field has a default label, which will appear automatically if you don’t customize it.
Note: On Android, the URL field label will always remain “Website,” even after customization.
How many fields can be added, and what are they?
You can add up to 10 fields:
Email addresses.
Phone numbers.
Mailing addresses.
URLs.
Why do some fields appear differently depending on the environment?
This depends on the specific constraints of operating systems and phone models:
iOS
The Region field is not displayed.
A map thumbnail appears automatically when an address is displayed.

How to manage address fields?
You can display an address using:
a user attribute;
an address configured in your Brand Elements.
💡 Please note: Brand Elements can only be used when the full address is stored in a single field.
If you use user attributes, there are two possible configurations:
1. Address as a single attribute
The complete address is stored in a single attribute: for example
Adresse 1 50 Rue Breteuil 13006 Marseille France
In this case, simply select the corresponding single attribute
2. Address in multiple attributes
The address is divided into several attributes: for example:
street adresse : 50 Rue Breteuil + Zip code: 13006 + city: Marseille+ Country: France.
In this case, associate each subfield with the correct attribute.
Have you already shared the QR codes with your colleagues?
You do not need to resend the QR codes to your users: the vCard is dynamic.
Any changes made to the information in the vCard will automatically be reflected the next time the QR code is scanned.
