App: no signature is displayed in Outlook

How to fix this behaviour

When you open your Letsignit App, you need to make sure that the signature appears:

If not you must follow the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the signature concerned is active and assigned:

2. Relaunch the app: to do this you must close the application then right click on the icon > Exit

3. Relaunch Outlook: To do this you must quit Outlook and all its open windows.


Once these steps have been completed you can in order reopen the Letsignit app and then Outlook.

The behavior should be fixed :)
