To benefit from the Letsignit beta add-in you must configure event-based publications (preview environment) for your users in your Microsoft 365 administration console for Outlook on the web

For Outlook on Windows, you need to use a beta version of Outlook, to get this version we recommend you use the Office deployment tool (ODT)

Follow this guide to endure that you have the correct environment to properly use the Letsignit Add-in for Microsoft 365.

For outlook on the web (OWA) :

Configure targeted release on your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Go to the M365 admin center, click on settings and then on Org settings.

Once there, switch to the Organization profile tab:

and then click on release preferences at the bottom of the list:

Once the panel on the right is displayed, select target release and save.

For Outlook on Windows:

Download the Office Deployment tool (ODT) here, to get the beta version of Outlook.

Once the ODT has been downloaded to your desktop, 3 files will be available, you must delete the obsolete files:

Configurations-Office365-x86 (to be deleted)

Configurations-Office2019Entreprise (to be deleted)

Office365-x64-configurations (to be kept)

Changes to the configuration file :

Right-click on the configuration-office365-x64 file and click "Edit". A text editor will open.

The first line, which looks like this in the configuration needs to be changed from "monthlyé to "Beta":

change to

Your configuration file should lool like this :

you must finally delete the following lines:

Finally your configuration file should look like this:

</Configuration>

Don't forget to save

Downloading O365 on a beta channel

Once this is done, open a command prompt and follow the following commands:

Go to the location where your config file is located, for example if your config file is on your desktop, do a Cd Desktop

Setup /download configuration-Office365-x64.xml and execute.

Once this is done you need to run another command which will push the configuration change made to the file beforehand

Setup /configure configuration-Office365-x64.xml and execute.

The installation time can vary from 10 to 40 minutes depending on your internet connection.

Once all this is done you can see if the configuration has been taken into account by reviewing the Outlook version says "beta".
