Before proceeding with this operation, we invite you first to close Outlook Desktop.

To do this, simply open a new folder on your computer and enter the following command: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook


Once the command is entered, click on the "RoamCache" folder:



Finally, delete the content :

The Outlook cache is now deleted, so you can restart Outlook Desktop.
