How can I manage my customers and their subscriptions from Partner Portal?

Each new customer created appears directly in the "My customers" tab:

1 - Reading the information

For each Client you will have access to the following information:

• Customer: Name, email

• Subscription plan: type, date, licenses used

• Deployment: which deployment connectors are active

• Usage: how many users are active

2 - Subscription

You can also sort your customers by subscription, using the “Offer” drop-down menu :

Deployment and usage information is refreshed several times a day.

3 - Subscription modification

As a direct partner, you can modify a subscription for any customer at any time.

For this:

• Click on the 3 points of a given customer in the management area of your customers.

• Change the number of client licenses by entering another number.

• Validate the modifications by clicking on the "Modify" button.
