Letsignit retrieves a predefined list of essential attributes from your Office 365, GSuite or LDAP directory (On premise), these attributes are used to complete the information shown in your signatures. If you need to synchronize custom or more attributes please follow the steps below:

For Gsuite and On Premises/CSV: For now, all attributes are synchronized at the same time.

For Office 365 : Go to the connectors page and select the attribute scope that you want to synchronize.

Essential attributes will only sync a list of 17 basic attributes.

Custom attributes will synchronize the 15 extension attributes from the directory, and some extra Office 365 attributes.

Once you have validated the scope of the synchronization, go to the attributes tab and at the bottom of the page there will be a “Add New” button, click and select the new attribute that you want add to your users profiles and designer :

Note: These attributes will be reflected in the personalized attributes in the users' profiles and in the designer.

Once you have selected an attribute, assign a display name to it and click on the validation icon to add it to the list:

NB: If a synchronization from the directory is deleted/cut and additional attributes are configured, they will be converted to Letsignit attributes while preserving the user's information.

However, conversion to Letsignit attributes will no longer allow them to be updated via synchronization from the directory. You are therefore strongly advised not to turn off synchronization.
