From the New Team page tab, you can see in the License column whether your user is consuming a license or not.
- If the user consumes a license, a check is displayed in the column ✅- If the user is not using a license, a dash is displayed ➖
You can also check this information in the user file:
2. You can also filter all users who consume a license or not by clicking on the “License” filter.
Whether or not a user has consumed a license will also be shown in the user listing export.
NB: To remove a user's license, simply remove the assignation to the user from all signatures and campaigns.
