Team: how to exclude users from a entity

From the modal for creating or editing an entity, you can manage the exclusion of users from the entity.

Users excluded from the entity will no longer belong to any entity and will return to the global level.

How to exclude a user from an entity

  1. In the Entity’ tab of the Team page, click on the entity's action button

    you want to modify and click on “Edit”:

  2. From the modal for creating or editing an entity, in the search bar of the “Exclude users from the entity” section, enter the name or email address of the user you wish to exclude.

  3. Click on the email appearing in the list and then click on “save” to save the changes.

Note: Exclusion may take several minutes depending on the number of users.


How to re-assign a user in an entity after excluding them

  • From the edit modal of an entity, in the “Exclude users from the entity” section, click on the cross on the badge.


  • Then click “Save” to save your changes.
