How do I retrieve the Add-in logs from the New Outlook?

A simple method to get the letsignit add-in logs from New outlook (also called One Outlook) if you suspect any unusual activity related to your email signature.

If you want to retrieve your add-in logs and you are using One Outlook, please follow these steps:

  1. Run the following command, which will open New Outlook with Devtools olk.exe -devtools:

  2. Enable the troubleshooting log setting in New Outlook by following the instructions in the screenshot:

  3. Go to the Network tab in Devtools:

  4. In “New Outlook,” reproduce your scenario

  5. Go to “Help” -> “Get Diagnostics,” then run “Send Diagnostics.” Share the six-digit alphanumeric code generated with us (this can be shared publicly)

  6. Export the har file from the developer tools:

  7. Go to the Console tab in the developer tools window. Copy all the information in the console log and save it to a text file:

  8. Share the six-digit alphanumeric key and send the har file, console log, and other details.
