Dear customer,

You have reported a malfunction in your Addin, and the fact that it does not automatically add the signature.

So that our teams can continue to investigate the behavior encountered, we kindly invite you to carefully follow the steps below:

  1. Retrieve the addin logs (new Outlook or Outlook desktop) of an affected user

Check that the addin is correctly deployed

If the addin has been deployed correctly, from your O365 console you'll see “Addin" (framed in red).

Please note that you should only see the words “Addin” or “Complément” in the red box, and not any additional words in brackets.

Retrieve addin logs on One Outlook (new Outlook) from an impacted user

  1. Close Outlook

  2. Type the keyboard shortcut Windows+r to open the “Run” window

  3. In the “Run ‘ window, type the following command: olk.exe -devtools (be sure to respect the space after the ’exe”)

  4. Click on OK

  5. Outlook opens, along with an additional window as shown below (called “devtools”)

  6. All you have to do now is click on "New message ” in Outlook (please do not click on the addin icon, it must remain closed)

  7. Then return to the “devtools” window, in the “Console” tab, and right-click on “Save as...” to save the logs.

  8. Send them to us by email at customercare@letsignit.com

Retrieve addin logs on the fat client (Outlook desktop in classic version) of an impacted user
