If you want to retrieve your add-in logs and you are using One Outlook, please follow these steps:
Run the following command, which will open New Outlook with Devtools olk.exe -devtools:
Enable the troubleshooting log setting in New Outlook by following the instructions in the screenshot:
Go to the Network tab in Devtools:
In “New Outlook,” reproduce your scenario
Go to “Help” -> “Get Diagnostics,” then run “Send Diagnostics.” Share the six-digit alphanumeric code generated with us (this can be shared publicly)
Export the har file from the developer tools:
Go to the Console tab in the developer tools window. Copy all the information in the console log and save it to a text file:
Share the six-digit alphanumeric key and send the har file, console log, and other details.
