How do I retrieve Add in logs from One Outlook?

If you wish to recover the logs of your addin and you are using One Outlook, please follow the procedure below: 

  1. Close Outlook

  2. Type the keyboard shortcut Windows+r to open the "Run" window

  3. In the "Run" window, type the following command: olk.exe -devtools (be sure to leave a space after the "exe")

  4. Click on OK

  5. Outlook opens and the following window appears

  6. All you have to do now is perform your action (the action that caused the unwanted behavior) and right-click on it, then click on Save as... to save the logs

  7. Then simply go to the “Network” section to retrieve the HAR logs
