4 format styles are available for text-based attributes:

This styling feature is compatible for Default directory attributes, Custom Attributes and Letsignit Attributes. The new format will automatically be applied to the attribute in all existing signatures for all users.

You can access it from the drop-down menu at the top right:

Go to the user information page, and identify the attribut you wish to format.

Click on the third column called "Format" and choose the style you want to apply:

The format will be directly applied to the selected attribute in all existing signatures
