As a global M365 administrator, you can now deploy the Letsignit Outlook Add-in to all your employees with just a few clicks.
Important: make sure you are logged in to your O365 admin console before deploying the add-in.
Thanks to the simultaneous deployment, the deployment will be done on Outlook Desktop and Outlook Online (OWA) at the same time, without any user action!
What are the conditions to benefit from the Letsignit Outlook Add-in?
Here are the prerequisites to benefit from the Outlook Add-in.
How to deploy the Letsignit Outlook Add-in?
The Outlook Add-in is deployable only by M365 global administrators. You must have the "Global Administrator" role.
Log in to the M365 administration center
On the Integration page, in the Signature deployement and Office 365 section dedicated to Letsignit Outlook Add-in deployment, click on the [Access Outlook Add-in] button.
You will then be automatically redirected to the Outlook Add-in download page from the Microsoft AppSource.
The Letsignit Outlook Add-in is only accessible in the Microsoft AppSource via this URL.
Only Letsignit Cloud (Saas) applications are publicly accessible via a search on the AppSource, but not the Letsignit Outlook Add-in.
Click on the [Get it now] button.
You will then be automatically redirected to the M365 administration center to start deploying the Outlook Add-in.
The first step is to choose the scope of users you wish to deploy the Outlook Add-in to.
You can choose to deploy it :
only for you (for example, if you're in a test phase)
for your entire company
only for specific users or groups of users.
Note that this last option is interesting if you wish to deploy the Outlook Add-in only for certain users and not others. It also allows you to manage your Outlook Add-in users more smoothly.
If you're in the process of testing the Outlook Add-in, we don't recommend using the “test deployment” button, but rather deploying the Outlook Add-in only for yourself, for example.
The second step is to accept the application's permissions
Click on the [Accept permissions] button
These permissions must be accepted before the Outlook Add-in can be deployed.
Once the permissions have been accepted, the last step is a summary.
To finalize deployment, click on the [Finish deployment] button.
Once deployment is complete, the Letsignit Outlook Add-in appears with the status OK .
A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
Please note that even if the status is OK, the Outlook Add-in may take several hours (up to 72 hours) to be deployed and operational for all your users.
