Using an Active Directory, G Suite, or Exchange synchronization, an attribute can be restored to its original value in the directory after being manually modified by the end-user.

1. What is the process for resetting an attribute value?

Go to the User attributes page, accessible from the Settings menu in the Configuration section.

• This option can be activated in the right-hand reset column

2. How to reset the value of an attribute?

• A gray icon appears inside each field, only when it has been detected that the displayed value is not the same as the synchronization value.

• Click on the icon to reset the directory attribute value and SAVE to validate the modifications.

4. Click save to validate and save the changes.

Note that an attribute linked to a directory synchronization can now be kept empty without the synchronization overwriting it if it has been manually deleted. It is important to note that this behavior is not applicable to the import of a CSV file, as the CSV file will always replace the content of the attributes with the same values contained in the file.
