Letsignit administrator

First of all, to access the synchronization option with GSuite, the user must be a Letsignit administrator.
To check this, simply go to the "Team" section on the Letsignit platform.

Then, check that the user has the role of admin.

GSuite administrator

The user you will use to synchronize with G Suite must also be a "Super-Administrator" of your G Suite tenant.
To check this, go to the "Users" section of your administration console:

Select the user you will use to perform the synchronization:

Check the role of the user:

Active G Suite license

On the same user, check that he or she has an active G Suite license.

2-Step Verification (2SV)

The constant connection between the Letsignit platform and the G Suite holder means that an account with 2SV is not compatible.

To check if it is active on your user, go to the user who is to allow synchronization and check in the "Security" section that the two-step check is disabled :

After those steps, you will be able to activate the synchronization.
