There are 3 different ways to retrieve Letsignit App logs:

On Letsignit App :

To retrieve the logs, open your Letsignit app.
Then, click on the drop down located at the top left of the window.

Go to the settings tab of your app.

Click on "Export logs".

It will create a "letsignit_app_logs" file on your desktop.

On PC :

To access the application logs on Windows, open the file explorer.

Then type %appdata% in the URL bar circled in red on the picture below.

Go to the LetsignitApp folder.

To finish, select the logs file and send it to us by mail or directly via the chat :)

On Mac :

To access the application logs on the Mac, go to the terminal.

To do this, type the word "terminal" in the search bar at the top right of your screen:

All you have to do is double-click on Terminal and enter the following command:

zip -r ~/Desktop/letsignit_app_logs.zip ~/Library/Application\ Support/LetsignitApp/logs

This command will create a "letsignit_app_logs" file on the desktop that can be sent by mail or directly via the tchat :)

#logs #procedure #app #windows
