How to filter domain names when synchronizing my directory?

Choosing specific domain name to synchronize is now possible after a first synchronization of AzureAD and Gsuite directories has taken place

First step :

Connect to the platform as an admin, then go to the 'Office 365/G Suite Integrations' tab.

  • For first-time synchronization activation (otherwise go directly to step 2):

Select the directory to synchronize (Office 365 or Gsuite), click on 'Authorize',

      then follow the authentication process.

  • Once authenticated, your entire directory will be imported.

Second step :

  • Back in the 'Connectors' tab, click on 'Edit'

1 - By Domain Names :

A pop up displaying the domain names associated to the directory in use will appear. Select the domain names you want to import by clicking the selection case.

⚠️Warning :  if you deselect a domain name, all associated users will no longer be present on the Letsignit platform.

2 - By Groups :

To filter a group, simply activate the small virtual switch and add the name of the desired group, making sure that the users in question are present in at least one of these groups.

NB: Subgroups are not displayed on the Letsignit platform.

Once you have selected the domain names click on 'apply and synchronize'.

Your domain filtering is now complete :)
