You can synchronize your Azure Active Directory by domain name, or by group.

When synchronizing one or more domain names, everything will be automatically imported into the platform, for example: your active users, shared mailbox addresses, as well as all security, Sharepoint and Teams groups and distribution lists present in your directory.

To simplify platform administration, we recommend that you filter your Azure synchronization to one or more security groups of your choice.

If you wish to filter a few groups to be synchronized on Letsignit, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the connectors page and identify the Active Directory connector, then click on "EDIT".

Simply authorize synchronization if you haven't already done so

  2. You will see a Pop up with two tabs, click on the "By groups" tab.

  3. Once in this tab, you can type/paste the name of the security group or diffusion list you want to synchronise on Letsignit. You may add as many groups as you want.

NB1: Note that the search does not work on this menu. You must manually enter or paste the name of each group you wish to filter.

NB2: Selecting a parent group will not select the groups inside.

  4. Click on "Apply" to apply the changes and wait until the synchronization is done (time may vary depending on the size of your Directory and the number of users and groups.)

NB: Domain names present in the groups you synchronize must be ticked in the “by domains” section. Otherwise, users in these groups with these domain names will not be synchronized on your platform.
