Access to your signatures

When you are logged in to the Letsignit App, you can view the various signatures assigned to you on the main screen.

In the first section, you'll find your main signature and your transfer response signature.

In the section below, you can see all the “Other signatures” assigned to you.

If your admin has authorized you, you can then modify your profile information.

The information will be updated in the next signatures inserted by the App in Outlook.

3 sections are available:

To add another account. Here's how to do it

Go to the Notifications tab.

Click on the top-left menu to access the Notifications tab.

Here you'll find notifications that may require action on your part (update your profile, restart Outlook to update a signature, etc.).

In addition to these in-app notifications, system notifications can also be displayed (a new signature is available, a signature has been updated, the version of your application has been updated, your session has expired).
