Add or remove users in your subsidiary

Your global administrator has given you the ability to add or remove users in your subsidiary.

As a branch administrator, from the Team page, you can now add users via CSV import independently directly into the branch you manage.

From the user list on the team page, click on “Add users.”

To import users from a .csv file, select “Import your users from a CSV file” and click “Next”.

Select the CSV you wish to import and click on “Send your CSV”.

Each user will be automatically imported into your Letsignit platform.
You have the option to monitor the importation's progress or keep using the platform until it's done.

From the user listing on the team page, click on “Add users”.

Select “No, I'm downloading our pre-formatted sample file” and open it.
You'll find an Excel table with fields to fill in for each of your future users. The number of columns and format must be left unchanged.

Once completed, save it in .csv format with semicolon delimiters.

Return to your Letsignit platform, select your previously completed .csv file and click on “Send your csv”.

Each user will be automatically imported into your Letsignit platform.

You have the option to monitor the importation's progress or keep using the platform until it's done.

• Go to the profile of the user you want to delete and click Delete.

• Click Delete Permanently

• In the user list, select the users you want to delete by checking the checkbox.

• In the green action bar, click the Delete button.

Click Delete Permanently.

All users imported via a CSV file and who are selected will be deleted.
