Users excluded from the subsidiary will no longer belong to any subsidiary and will return to the global level.
How to exclude a user from a subsidiary
In the Subsidiaries’ tab of the Team page, click on the subsidiary's action button
you want to modify and click on “Edit”:
From the modal for creating or editing a subsidiary, in the search bar of the “Exclude users from the subsidiary” section, enter the name or email address of the user you wish to exclude.
Click on the email appearing in the list and then click on “save” to save the changes.
Note: Exclusion may take several minutes depending on the number of users.
How to re-assign a user in a subsidiary after excluding them
From the edit modal of a subsidiary, in the “Exclude users from the subsidiary” section, click on the cross on the badge.
Then click “Save” to save your changes.
