As a global administrator, you can lock a signature so that branch administrators do not modify it.
As a global administrator, you can now restrict the modification of any signature to entity administrators.
This allows you to configure a signature with your custom settings and target users and entity administrators will not be able to change any settings for this signature. (style, design, assignment, status.)
To block a signature for the entity administrators:
1 - Connect to the entity of your choice.
2 - Identify the signature you wish to block.
3 - Open the signature template, go to "Settings" and manage the priority. At the bottom you will have the possibility to block the modification of signatures.
4 - And save.
* Only global administrators can access the signature and modify settings.
