Depending on your needs, you can create a Letsignit attribute directly from the platform. This article tells you more about the different types of user attributes and this one shows you how to create a Letsignit attribute.
A Letsignit attribute is not designed to be filled en masse from the platform. However, it is possible to do so by following the procedure below:
1 - Make a CSV export of your user list by selecting them all from the "Team" page.
🔴We strongly recommend that you create a copy of this CSV for security.
2 - In this CSV, you'll need to delete all the columns except the one containing the email addresses and the Letsignit attribute you've created, then add values to the attribute column. Your CSV will then contain only 2 filled columns, that of the email addresses and that of the attribute. As a result, the only attribute affected will be the Letsignit attribute you created.
3 - Import your modified CSV file from the "Team" page.
