How do I assign a signature to my users?

Find out how to assign a signature to some or all of your employees.

  1. Go to the “Signatures” tab

  2. Select a signature to assign to your collaborators.

  3. Assign the signature to the users/groups of your choice.

  4. Confirm your action by clicking on “Activate and Save” at the top right of your screen. ​

The advantage of group assignment is that it allows you to automate assignments, as any new user added to the group will automatically benefit from the assigned signature.
