How do I assign a signature to my users?

Assign a signature

  • Go to the Assignment tab to choose the users or groups to whom you want to assign the signature.

Assigning to groups

  • In the Groups tab, check the box next to the group(s) you want to assign the signature to.

  • Click the Save icon in the top right corner to confirm.

  • Any new user added to the group will be automatically assigned to the signature.

  • Users assigned via a group appear with a gray checkbox in the Users tab.

You cannot uncheck a user who is assigned via a group. To remove them, you must unassign the relevant group in the Groups tab.

Assigning to users

  • In the Users tab, check the box next to the user(s) you want to assign the signature to.

  • Click the Save icon in the top right corner to confirm.
