There are several ways to assign a signature:
directly, by ticking the user(s) concerned
or by assigning them to groups if you synchronize groups or have created groups on the Letsignit platform.
The advantage of group assignment is that it allows you to automate assignments, as any new user added to the group will automatically benefit from the assigned signature.
