Assign a signature
Go to the Assignment tab to choose the users or groups to whom you want to assign the signature.
Assigning to groups
In the Groups tab, check the box next to the group(s) you want to assign the signature to.
Click the Save icon in the top right corner to confirm.
Any new user added to the group will be automatically assigned to the signature.
Users assigned via a group appear with a gray checkbox in the Users tab.
You cannot uncheck a user who is assigned via a group. To remove them, you must unassign the relevant group in the Groups tab.

In the Users tab, check the box next to the user(s) you want to assign the signature to.
Click the Save icon in the top right corner to confirm.
