If you're seeing errors in the display of special or accented characters in your vCards, it's probably due to a setting in Outlook.
Here are the settings to check:
From Outlook, go to File --> Options --> Advanced Options --> International Options
Then select “Unicode (UTF-8) ‘ in the ’Default encoding for outgoing business cards (vCards)” section.
