To prevent your users from editing their personal information, you can lock the access to all the attributes modification.

For that, go to the drop-down menu of your Letsignit platform located at the top right of your screen, then click on the "User attribues" tab.

Click on the icon representing a padlock in front of the attribute you want to block.

For example on the picture below, the users will not be able to edit their job title and department.

The fields are greyed out in the app.

You can also hide the attributes in the users' app by clicking on the icon representing an eye.

Those features are also available for the custom attributes synchronized with your active directory and the Letsignit attributes you have created.
