It is possible to manage multiple directories (Office 365 or Gsuite) from your account in a separate Letsignit access. This "Tenant" is tied to a centralized license and billing administration.
The main access will be refered in this article as the "Main Tenant", while the newly created Tenants will be refered as "Secondary Tenant".
You can setup a Secondary Tenant in just 4 steps:
1) Access to tenant creation
2) Set a name
3) Allocation of the number of licences
4) Nomination of a tenant admin
1) Access to tenant creation
Open the drop-down menu and click on "My Subscription" then click on "Add new tenant".
2) Establish a name for this Secondary Tenant.
3) Allocation of the number of licences
WARNING : The number of licenses allocated will be removed from the Main Tenant to be allocated in the new Tenant. The total number of licenses will not be modified.
4) Nomination of a tenant admin
Name one or more Delegated Admin who will have access and manage the new Tenant. You can name yourself as a Delegated Admin and is necessary is you wish to manage it.
Delegated admins can switch between Tenants by clicking on the drop-down menu, then by clicking on the cloud logo. You will then be redirected to a new Letsignit space.
The Main Tenant will always be symbolized by a house logo.
Your new Tenant is now created, although at this point it is empty, head to the connectors page and perform a synchronisation of another directory or of a CSV file to fill your user list.
