When there is a main and a secondary tenant, a delegated administrator must be appointed for the secondary tenant. What does that mean ?

A delegated administrator is a user who is in the main tenant's user list and who has management rights on a secondary tenant.

The delegated administrator has access to all the features of the secondary tenant, which means that he can create and assign signatures and campaigns. In the same way, it can synchronize a directory, configure the connectors and appoint an administrator only at the level of the secondary tenant (without access to the main tenant).

If the delegated administrator also has management rights on the main tenant, he can then manage the global subscription and assign or unassign licenses for the secondary tenant.
