If you have configured the Gsuite Push API connector, your users will benefit from their signature in the Gmail mobile application (Android and iOS).

Ensure that your Gmail application and mobile device are updated to the latest versions.

(Note: this feature may not yet be available for some Google accounts)

Prerequisites

Enabling new features in Google Workspace

As this feature is new, you need to enable an option for the signature to be correctly recognised on mobile devices.

To do this, go to the following page: https://admin.google.com/ac/accountsettings/preferences

Once the option has been activated, implementation should take place within one to two days.

Manually delete a signature in the Gmail mobile application

If you already have a signature set up in your Gmail application, it is best to delete it.

Android

  • Open your Gmail app.

  • Tap “Settings”, then scroll down to “Mobile signature”.

  • Delete your signature, save your changes, then close your Gmail app.

The signature should appear within a few minutes.

iOS

  • Go to your Gmail application.

  • Click on “Settings”, then “Signature settings”.

  • Disable the “Mobile signature” option.

From now on, your Letsignit signature will be automatically included in emails sent from your mobile device.
