If you notice that your signature images appear disproportionate when a recipient replies to or forwards your email, this behavior is inherent to how email clients work.
Why does this happen?
This issue occurs when images are resized within the designer.
When replying or forwarding, some email applications ignore the size instructions embedded in the signature and display images at their original dimensions. This behavior is not specific to Letsignit.
Example:
Initial signature
After a reply or forward
Best practice: import your images at their final dimensions
The most effective solution to prevent this issue is to import your images directly at the intended display size.
If the image file is already exactly the right size in pixels, the email client has no resizing to perform and the image remains stable, even within email threads.
Example
Imported size = displayed size: if your logo should appear at 100 × 50 pixels in the signature, import an image file that is 100 × 50 pixels.
