Access Letsignit Slides

Written by Caroline C.

This guide explains how to access Letsignit Slides in PowerPoint and find the content shared by your organization.

Prerequisites

To access Letsignit Slides, you must have:

  • An internet connection

  • Access to Letsignit Slides: your organization must grant you access beforehand. Without access, the Letsignit pane will not appear.

  • PowerPoint (Windows, Mac, or PowerPoint Online), opened with your Microsoft 365 account.

Verify that you are signed in

Whether you're using Windows, Mac, or PowerPoint Online, your profile picture and account name should appear in the top-right corner when you're signed in.

In the desktop application, you can also click PowerPoint in the main menu:

  • If you see Sign Out, you're signed in.

  • If you see Sign In, you're not signed in.

Open the Letsignit Slides Pane

  1. Open PowerPoint (desktop application or online version) and click New Presentation.

  2. The Letsignit pane appears automatically on the right side of the screen. If it does not appear, click the Letsignit button in the Home ribbon.

  3. Depending on your organization's configuration, a default presentation may also open automatically.

Notes

  • The pane may take a few moments to load.

  • Automatic opening only applies when creating a new presentation. If you open an existing presentation, the pane will not open automatically. Simply click the Letsignit button in the Home ribbon to open it.

Use the Letsignit Slides Pane

The Letsignit Slides pane is organized into three tabs:

  • Slides – Access the slides shared by your organization. This includes both editable slides and ready-to-use slides that can be inserted with a single click.

  • Brand Assets – Find your organization's logos, icons, and other approved brand resources.

  • Images – Browse the image and icon library and quickly find content using the search bar.

The Information icon in the top-right corner of the pane allows you to:

  • Access the Help Center

  • Refresh the pane to retrieve the latest content

  • Clear the web cache if the pane is empty or not displaying correctly

The View Source Code and Security Information options are primarily intended for administrators.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Letsignit pane open automatically, or do I need to open it manually?

It depends on your environment.

On Mac and PowerPoint Online, the pane opens automatically whenever you create a new presentation.

On Windows, open it by clicking the Letsignit button in the Home ribbon.

I can't find Letsignit Slides in PowerPoint. What should I do?

  1. Make sure you're signed in to your Microsoft 365 account in PowerPoint (your profile picture should appear in the top-right corner).

  2. Check whether the Letsignit button is available in the Home ribbon. If it is, click it to open the pane.

  3. If the button does not appear, completely close and reopen PowerPoint.

  4. The button may be hidden if the PowerPoint window is too narrow or if other ribbon commands are taking up space. Try maximizing the PowerPoint window.

  5. If the button is still missing, the add-in has most likely not been deployed to your device yet, or you have not been granted access. Contact your organization's Letsignit Administrator (typically someone from the Marketing or Communications team). They can grant access directly or contact Letsignit Support if needed.

Can I use Letsignit Slides without an internet connection?

No. An internet connection is required because the add-in retrieves presentation templates, brand assets, and other content from the Letsignit platform.

However, any content that has already been inserted into a presentation remains available and editable offline.
