Important notice

It is no longer necessary to deploy the Office 365 Push API connector, as the Addin is compatible with Outlook Web App (OWA). The Office 365 Push API will eventually no longer be available.

If you have an Office 365 environment, we invite you to check your eligibility for the Addin by clicking below:

Do you have any questions about the Addin?

Our support team will be happy to answer any questions you may have via our chat or e-mail at customercare@letsignit.com

To benefit from your signatures on Outlook Web APP (OWA), you need to set up the Letsignit "Push API Connector", which will push your signatures into the Outlook Online signature library.

In order to configure the "Push API Connector" in your environment, here follows all the technical prerequisites for its implementation:

PS: We advise you to do everything with the same email address.

Requirements vérifications

Specials Cases

There are 2 specials cases concerning the "Push API connector" configuration:

MFA:

Depending on the configuration, it may block the setting of the "Push API Connector". We advise you to disable it before and then re-enable it.

Licences administered by providers:

If you are in this case, you may not have the necessary rights to activate the "Push API Connector", as your licence provider has the highest administration rights.

CONCLUSION

Once these 3 pre-requisites have been verified, you must wait 1 hour before doing

the configuration, from the Integrations tab of your Letsignit platform:

Congratulations! Your configuration for Outlook Web App (OWA) is deployed!

All you have to do is wait about an hour for Letsignit to push your signatures in your signature library.
