If you use Outlook on your Mac and you regularly receive emails in plain text format, you need to reply in HTML format in order to keep your signatures.
> You receive an email in plain text and when replying to it your signature is not displayed correctly?
> Go to the options tab then modify your 'Text format'.
Select the HTML format:
2. Once the format is modified you will have to select your signature:
Go to the "Signatures" drop-down menu
3. Your answer is ready to be sent with your Letsignit signature :)
