From the Team tab, go to the filter icon and click on it:

The search options appear, select "True" in the Active License filter and then click on Search, the list of users who are consuming licenses will appear:

(It is currently not possible to export this list from the platform).

NB: To remove the license of a user, you must uncheck his attributions in the Signatures and Campaigns tabs so that he does not have any more and that a license is thus released for another user.
