There are three levels of platform administration:
1. The Global Administrator
The global administrator have access to all the functionalities of the platform.
You can create, edit and delete entities, configure or remove integrations with Office and GSuite (connectors), synchronize new attributes and manage custom attributes, add or remove users.
With this level of administration you can access and manage all existing entities.
The global administrator can promote any user in global administrator or appoint him administrator of any entity either directly within the entity by changing his role from user to administrator in the team tab :
or from the creation / editing window of a entity (2).
Please note: a global administrator can be part of a entity and retain their global administration rights. This article will help you determine whether you are logged in to the entity or global administration.
2. Entity Administrator
The entity administrator has complete autonomy over the management of users within the entity for which he or she is the administrator. He or she can create and manage signatures and communication campaigns on the platform.
He or she can also create groups and export statistics for signatures and campaigns from the Statistics page.
However, the entity administrator does not have access to the platform's administration settings .

3. Campaign Administrator
The Campaign Admin has full autonomy over managing and implementing campaigns on the platform while ensuring that certain settings, such as signatures or synchronization, cannot be altered.
He has complete access to the Campaign menu without the ability to override global admin settings. To perform their duties effectively, the Campaign Admin also has access to the team page, users and groups, and statistics.
This role can be assigned across multiple environments. In other words, a person can be assigned to the main platform (root) and additionally to Subsidiary B, but not to Subsidiary C.
