As an administrator, you can manage the settings of all the apps deployed in your organization. You can predefine and lock settings for all users.
Important: this feature is only compatible with app versions 1.6.2 and higher.
Log in to your Letsignit account and go to the main menu, in the Download for Outlook section, under Configuration.
In the settings section, select the settings you wish to apply, then save by clicking on the “Apply changes” button.
What App settings can you define for your users?
Disable notifications
If you check this setting, your users will no longer receive in-app or system notifications.
Here are the different types of notifications that can be displayed to the user
a new signature is available
a signature has been updated
the application version has been successfully updated
the session has expired
⚠️ If you want to be sure that your users receive the notifications, make sure that the Allow users to modify App settings parameter is unchecked.
Allow users to modify App settings:
If you check “Allow users to modify app settings”, your predefined settings will apply, but your collaborators will be able to modify these settings later.
If you don't check “Allow users to modify application settings”, your collaborators won't be able to modify the settings you've predefined.
