How to Upload and Manage Multiple Logos?
With Letsignit, you can now centralize and manage all your logos (primary, secondary, or entity-specific) from the "Brand Assets" page. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Access the "Brand Assets" Page
Click on the dropdown menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select "Brand Assets" under the "Settings" section.
Go to the "Brand Assets" tab.
Note: This page replaces the old "My Company" section for a more intuitive and centralized management system.
Step 2: Add a New Logo
In the "Logo" section, click on the "Add a logo" icon.
Select "Browse file" to import the desired logo from your computer.
How to Use Logos in My Signatures?
Edit an Existing Signature
Go to the "Signatures" tab in your Letsignit interface.
Select the signature you want to modify.
In the left-hand menu, click on the "Brand Assets" field.
Choose the desired logo from the gallery, then drag and drop it to the desired location in your signature.
How Do Logo Inheritance and Governance Work?
Logo management is part of Letsignit’s brand asset hierarchy model. Here’s what it involves:
Automatic Inheritance
Logos defined at the group level are automatically available for all entities and sub-entities.
If you modify a logo at the group level, the update propagates instantly to all signatures that use it.
Local Customization
Each entity can add its own logos (e.g., a local logo for a subsidiary) while retaining the logos inherited from the group.
To do this, log in to the relevant entity, then go to "Brand Assets" to add or modify logos.
Permissions
By default, entity administrators can manage their own logos.
If you want to block this permission, disable it in the entity creation/editing modal.
What Happens If I Delete a Logo?
If you delete a logo from the "Brand Assets" page, it will be removed from all signatures that used it.
A warning message will ask you to confirm the deletion to avoid errors.
