Once connected to your platform, go to the Campaign Tab.
Open the concerned banner in the designer to proceed to its modification.
2. Click on the pre-defined banner to access image parameters
3. Select "Image Options", then the icon dedicated to hyperlinks, you can then insert a URL link accessible with a simple click on your banner.
Finally, don't forget to save your work :)
