1. For global users
From the user listing on the Team page, and from the user's panel, click on the “Role” drop-down menu and select the new role you wish to assign.
Confirm the change.
Your employee will receive an e-mail inviting him or her to connect to the administrator platform.
2. For users of a subsidiary
From the users listing on the global Team page, it's not possible to change the role of a user present in a subsidiary. You must connect to the subsidiary and change the role directly in the user panel.
