What can I do if a user doesn't show up in an entity or an sub-entity?

If you have just added a user or modified their information and they need to move up to an entity, it may happen that they are not instantly present in the entity concerned.

If this happens, simply edit the entity, as in the example below, so that the user can immediately move up to the entity.

How to do it:

From the team page and the entity tab, click on the three-dot action button and click Edit :

Once you have edited the selected entity, simply click Save to apply the changes :
