How can I retrieve Add in logs from the Outlook Desktop?

This article tells you how to export your Addin logs if you use the desktop version of Outlook

If you wish to retrieve your Addin's logs, simply follow the steps below:

1 - Close Outlook

2 - Create a folder from C:/ named "ClientLogs".

To create the "ClientLogs" file :

3 - Download the file EnableRuntimeLogging.zip

4 - Open the file, then launch the .reg file

5 - Open Outlook and click on "New message"

6 - Retrieve the log.txt file from the "ClientLogs" folder
