How do I manage vCard Wallet QR codes?

Instant sharing, professional and branded image guaranteed

Written by Claire

How does it work?

Once saved, the vCard can always be accessible in the wallet, enabling contact details to be shared with just one scan. Each user has their own vCard QRcode, automatically generated by Letsignit. So user details are always up to date.

How do I send a vCard QR code to a user or a group?

From the Team page, select one or more users or groups to whom you wish to send the QR code so they can add their vCard to their wallet.

Once you have made your selection, click the ‘Send vCard QR codes’ button.

A window will appear showing a preview of the email that will be sent to the selected users. Check the content, then confirm the send.

Each user will receive their own vCard QR code by email, which they can add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Please note:

  • Samsung Wallet is not available.

  • The QR code is also available as a PNG attachment.

How can I track the sending of vCard QR codes to users?

From the Users page, you can track the status of vCard QR code sendings for each user, giving you greater visibility over the emails sent. What information is displayed?

Two new columns allow you to view:

  • the delivery status of the vCard QR code;

  • the date of the last delivery made for each user.

This information allows you to quickly identify whether a user has already received their vCard QR code by email, as well as the date of the last sent.

Can I filter users by sending status?

Yes. Filters are available to help you find users more easily based on the sending status of their vCard QR code.

For example, you can filter the list to identify users for whom the vCard QR code has already been sent, or those for whom it has not yet been sent.

Is this information included in the CSV export?

Yes. When you export the list of users in CSV format, the information relating to vCard QR code sends is also included in the file.

The export contains an additional column showing the date of the last send for each user.
