Customizing the Wallet card
Go to the vCard page. If the feature is enabled, open the Wallet Card tab.
You can customize your employees’ Wallet cards using the following elements.
Adding a logo
Select the
logo you want to display on the Wallet card from the logos available in the Brand Center.
You can choose the logo corresponding to the relevant company or brand. All logos configured for your different brands are available in this space.
Choosing the background color
Customize the background color of the Wallet card:
choose any color using the color picker;
or select a color already configured in the Brand Center and associated with your brand.
Adjusting the text color
On iOS, you can also choose the text color to ensure that it is readable and consistent with the selected background color.
Please note: the text color can only be customized on iOS. On Google Wallet, Google automatically sets the text color to black or white depending on the selected background color.
Updating a card that has already been downloaded
If you change the logo or colors of the Wallet card, the new customization will not automatically be applied to cards that your employees have already downloaded.
To apply the update:
resend the email containing the Wallet card to your employees;
or ask them to download their Wallet card again.
They must then click Add to Wallet to receive the updated version of their card.
Configuration by entity
The Wallet card configuration is independent for each entity. Each entity can therefore apply its own brand identity, with its own logos and colors.
Please note: for now, only one Wallet vCard configuration is available per entity.
Differences in display between iOS and Android
The Wallet card may be displayed differently depending on the operating system. These differences are related to the rules applied by Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
The preview allows you to see how the card will look before saving your changes, including:
the position of the job title;
the position of the logo;
the position of the QR code;
the text color.
The text color can be customized on Apple Wallet. On Google Wallet, Google automatically selects a black or white text color depending on the selected background color.
When the QR code is scanned, the contact card is automatically displayed to the recipient, who can save the contact details with one click.
