Your signatures are displayed at the end of exchanges in Gmail and not below each email... To fix this, go to your Gmail Settings.

In the "Signature" section, check the box "Insert this signature before the text of previous messages in replies and delete the preceding "--" line."

Your signature should now appear under each email in your exchanges :)
