The signature service checks every 10 minutes whether a change has been made.

> If a change in the signature/campaign is made, the signature/campaign is updated at the time of the automatic check.

The operation is the same if you restart a synchronization of your directory.

If no signature/campaign modification is made on your Letsignit interface, the signature is not updated.

​> In case a user deletes his signature from the Office365 or Gsuite signature store:
​As long as no action is done on your Letsignit platform, the signature will not be updated on his webmail.
The user will not have a signature until the push is updated, either manually or automatically.
