I already have a CSV in the right format, ready to be imported
From the Organization dropdown, select Users and and then click on “Add users”.
To import users from a .csv file, select “Import your users from a CSV file” and click “Next”.
Select the CSV you wish to import and click on “Send your CSV”.
Each user will be automatically imported into your Letsignit platform. You have the option to monitor the importation's progress or keep using the platform until it's done.
I don't have a preformatted CSV
Same start:
From the Organization dropdown, select Users and and then click on “Add users”.
To import users from a .csv file, select “Import your users from a CSV file” and click “Next”.
Here, select “No, I'm downloading our pre-formatted sample file” and open it. You'll find an Excel table with fields to fill in for each of your future users. The number of columns and format must be left unchanged.
Once completed, save it in .csv format with semicolon delimiters.
Return to your Letsignit platform, select your previously completed .csv file and click on “Send your csv”.
Each user will be automatically imported into your Letsignit platform.
You have the option to monitor the importation's progress or keep using the platform until it's done.
How to authorize subsidiary administrators to import a CSV file?
From the global administration, it is now possible to authorize the addition or removal of users by the branch administrator.
How to grant rights:
As a global administrator, go to the edit or create section for a subsidiary, then to the “Permissions for subsidiary administrators” section and enable the “Allow adding/removing users” toggle.
Thanks to this action, the branch administrator will be able to import a CSV file from the user listing and add the users of their choice to their branch.
They will also be able to delete users imported via CSV or added manually via email.
