Need a clearer view of your campaign schedule?
With the Calendar view, see all your campaigns at a glance, easily identify busy periods or gaps in your schedule, and manage your campaigns over time.
The Calendar view complements your Campaign Library and gives you a new way to plan and manage your campaigns.
Access the Calendar view
From Campaigns, open your Library, where all your campaigns are listed.
In the top-right corner, click the Calendar icon to switch to the Calendar view.
📙 Note: The Calendar view is available at the root of your Campaign Library. It is not yet available inside folders.
View your campaigns
All your campaigns automatically appear in the calendar based on their scheduled dates. No additional setup is required.
Choose the right view
You can view your schedule at four different levels:
Day to see campaigns scheduled for a specific day;
Week to view your campaign schedule across several days;
Month to get an overview of the month's campaigns;
Year to get a broader view of your campaign schedule.
Use the arrows to navigate to previous or upcoming periods. Your selected view is kept as you navigate.
Click Today to return directly to the current period.
The color of each campaign lets you quickly identify its status in the Week, Month, and Year views:
Blue: upcoming campaign
Green: active campaign
Orange: ended campaign
Red: disabled campaign
Gray: draft campaign
📌 Running many campaigns at the same time?
In the Month and Year views, a “View more” indicator appears when there are too many campaigns to display. Click it to see all campaigns for that period.
Search, sort, and filter your campaigns
Just like in your Library, from the Calendar view you can:
search for a campaign by name, user, or group;
filter campaigns by status;
sort campaigns by status, alphabetical order, number of users or groups, creation date, or priority.

View and edit a campaign
Click a campaign in the calendar to view its key information: visual, scheduled dates, status, and assignments.
You can also directly access the available actions: Edit, Quick edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

Want to extend, shorten, or change a campaign's scheduled period?
In the Week and Month views, you can:
extend or shorten the campaign's time range to adjust its start or end date;
click directly on the campaign dates to change its scheduled dates.
Changes are immediately applied to the campaign schedule without opening the campaign editor.
Create a new campaign
From the Calendar view, click Create a campaign in the top-left corner of your screen. You will then follow the usual campaign creation flow.

Use the search bar to find your campaign by name, user, or group, and check that no status filter is limiting the displayed results.

Yes. In the Week and Month views, you can change a campaign's scheduled period in two ways:
Extend or shorten the campaign's time range to adjust its start or end date.
Click the campaign dates to change the scheduled dates directly.
Changes are immediately applied to the campaign schedule.
What happens if several campaigns are scheduled for the same dates?

Campaigns are displayed side by side in the calendar.
If several campaigns active during the same period are assigned to the same user, the usual delivery rules apply: the campaign with the highest priority is displayed.
If you have enabled Random Campaigns, multiple campaigns assigned to the same user with the same highest priority level may alternate randomly in their emails.

Not yet. For now, a campaign can only be scheduled for one date range.
