How to filter my signature or campaign library?

Here's how you can gain greater visibility and efficiency in managing your signatures and campaigns, thanks to the search, filter and sort functions available.

To filter the list of signatures or campaigns by status

Already available for campaigns, signatures coming soon

To filter the list of your signatures or campaigns, click on the "Status" filter.

Select the desired status, then click on the Validate button.

Only signatures or campaigns corresponding to these status(es) will then be displayed in the library.

Reminder :

  • possible status for a campaign: Active, To come Draft, Completed, Inactive

  • possible status for a signature: Active, Inactive, Draft

To search for a signature by name :

  • In the search drop-down menu, select "Search by signature".

  • In the search field, type the name of the desired signature


To validate the search, you can either press the Enter key, or click on one of the suggested results in the list.

To clear the search and return to the list of all your signatures, click on the cross.

To search for a signature from an assigned user :

  • In the search drop-down menu, select "Search by user".


In the search field, enter the first name, last name or e-mail address of the desired user.


To validate the search, you can either press the Enter key, or click on one of the suggested results in the list.

To clear the search and return to the list of all your signatures, click on the cross

To search for a signature from an assigned group :

In the search drop-down menu, select "Search by group"



Type the name of the group in the search field


To validate the search, you can either press the Enter key or click on one of the suggested results in the list.

To clear the search and return to the list of all your signatures, click on the cross
